The Test Rig Design and Instrumentation Manager ensures the technical and operational management of activities related to the development, modification, and construction of test benches used for testing, development, and qualification of helicopter transmissions and mechanical components.Coordinates the internal technical team and ensures the definition of design requirements for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems, overseeing detailed design, manufacturing, and commissioning activities carried out by external suppliers.Ensures technical oversight of suppliers and contractors, verifying compliance with functional, safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.Provides technical support for installation, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test benches, collaborating with relevant company functions.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning and coordination of design activities* Ensure technical
