Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of BESS to support our Storage projects pipeline with end-to-end technical leadership across battery energy storage systems.



This newly created role is key to optimizing technology selection based on business models across our diverse global markets and driving strategic supplier engagement.
We are looking for a strong technical profile with solid experience in BESS technologies, vendor ecosystems, procurement structures, and price benchmarking. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector knowledge from a leading storage provider and the ability to align technical choices with commercial and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities
Technology & Business Model Alignment
- Identify and evaluate BESS technologies suitable for Enfinity’s portfolio across various geographies and regulatory frameworks.
- Assess technology fit based on business models such as grid services, merchant storage, hybrid solarstorage, and utility-scale deployments.
- Translate market insights into technical specifications and strategic recommendations.
