You'll assess feasibility, document designs, and troubleshoot automation issues, staying aligned with Generali's cloud‐enabled, digitized platform strategy. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and develop automation workflows, agents, and scripts using intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and deliver scalable automation solutions
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation initiatives
Develop and maintain project documentation (design specs, process flows, test plans)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and automation agents
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and tools
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation development
Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
