Your Role

As a trainee FP&A; (Financial Planner & Analyst) at Affinity Petcare, you will support financial closing activities, monthly reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, special projects with Sales & Marketing, and engage in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What You Will Do

- Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
- Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecast, and presentations).
- Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
- Participate in ad‑hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What We Are Looking For

- Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- English is one of our primary working languages.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Positive mindset, passion, and a strong team‑oriented attitude.
- Proactive approach to work.




- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Project management skills, including organization and planning abilities.
- Customer‑ and consumer‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and effectively interact with stakeholders.
