D Project Management Team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the project management manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
Apply and ensure the application of Company Project Management Framework (including Methodology, Policy, Process, Tools) and Project Governance Model
Review the consistency of the Project Scope,



Time and Cost constraints of the original Business Case or Customer Order/Contract
Identify and engage Project Stakeholders (including the Customer ones when present)
Represent the direct "point of contact" with Customers during the Project Execution phase and work to increase the Customer Satisfaction in accordance with Company business objectives
Ensure a "good" Project Start by means of an effective handover from the "Pre-order" to the "Execution" phase
Coordinate and ensure the creation of the Overall Project Plan, involving all the Project Management Team composed by the Functional Project Leaders assigned to the Project by the involved Functions
Obtain the approval of an official Project Plan (Baseline) against which the Project Performance is measured
Ensure that the Overall Project Plan is understood and respected by the Project Team and Project Stakeholders
Ensure that the Project is executed and the Project Objectives are achieved respecting all the Proje
