Experteer Overview

In this role you support SimCorp Sofia clients and internal systems, ensuring reliable application management, infrastructure stability, and efficient IT services. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set up environments, manage migrations, and provide reporting and BI insights. The role blends client‑facing service with hands‑on IT operations across on‑prem and Azure environments. You will contribute to a growth‑minded, people‑centred IT function that enables client success and business continuity.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Serve as the go‑to expert for SimCorp Sofia clients across application management, SaaS environments, and scheduler monitoring
- Perform technical analysis for new clients and projects and contribute to pre‑sales activities
- Facilitate client installations, migrations, and upgrades
- Support VPN and client connectivity and assist with SimCorp Sofia Business Services
- Collaborate with development and consulting teams to set up and maintain test environments
- Deliver business support services, including reporting and Microsoft Power BI solutions
- Manage SimCorp Italiana’s IT systems including domain/Active Directory,



on‑prem and Azure virtual infrastructure, and VMs
- Oversee hardware/software assets and ensure robust backups, BCDR, and disaster recovery strategies
- Administer network services such as DHCP/DNS, switches, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi
- Handle IT supplier relationships, contract management, and performance oversight
- Provide internal IT support to resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SimCorp Sofia administration, Citrix, MS Azure, networking, MS Office administration, and scripting (VBS, PowerShell)
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, TCP/IP, Windows Server, Active Directory, and client‑server architecture
- Proficiency in English
- Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with IT security and business continuity concepts (preferred)
