Position Overview

Junior Automation & AI Developer Intern in the Centre of Excellence – Process Automation at PwC. The role focuses on designing, developing and implementing cloud‑based digital solutions, including applications, automations, agentic processes and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft cloud components.
- Integrate systems and build intelligent agents that support business processes.
- Assist in the digitalisation initiatives across internal and external customers.
- Apply software engineering best practices such as versioning, debugging, testing and structured development.
- Collaborate with a young, dynamic, cross‑functional team and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- STEM degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related).




- Strong programming fundamentals and familiarity with at least one modern language (JavaScript, C#, Python, Java or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of version control, debugging, testing and structured development.
- Curiosity about AI‑enabled solutions, generative AI tools, Copilot, digital agents and intelligent process automation.
- Structured mindset for information modelling, data governance and a data‑driven approach.
- Analytical, critical thinking and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Attention to standards, quality and documentation.
- Teamwork ability and clear communication skills.
- Good command of English.
