In this role you will drive standardization and optimization of SAP‑MES production processes across regions. You will work within Operations ITS EMEA to shape process design, validate scope, and coordinate a global key‑user network. You will translate requirements into implementable solutions, ensuring transparent, efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional SAP‑MES experience.
- Experience in problem solving with local key users and IT and in analyzing business processes.
- Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and creation of requirement specifications.
- Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
