Job Summary
The Credit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the company's financial health. With end-to-end ownership of credit risk management, this role oversees the full credit lifecycle — from customer credit assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections and dispute resolution — ensuring a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash flow sustainability while minimizing financial risk.
Lead a close-knit team, setting direction and nurturing talent to deliver innovative finance projects, with the goal of creating value for the company and contributing sustainably to the Group's growth.
Responsibilities
Leading modernization and automation of related financial processes, systems and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activities
Assigning tasks to the credit team in agreement with the accounting department's goals and overseeing timely collection of payments
Creating and keeping records of invoices, bills, and receivables
Tracking risk exposure across clients or sectors and reporting early warning signals
Developing and improving credit policy
Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them
Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
Minimum of three years of experience as Credit Manager or supervisor position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as finance transformation manager
Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations
Experience with accounting software
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proven experience within subscription‐based or recurring service frameworks
