About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in Italy
What You Will Do




Lead overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Manage team leadership, training and development, maintaining Four Seasons standards while controlling costs without compromising quality.
Deliver the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in guest interactions and accommodate special requests wherever possible.
Budget and ensure the financial goals of the department are met.
Establish and maintain cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to preserve the appearance and lifespan of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
