In this role you lead production teams within a wind energy context, driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. Set performance goals, monitor budget, and report variances
Handle complaints from employees and customers; maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Responsabilità

Technical or Bachelor's xlwpduy degree in engineering or related field
Experience in people management (≥3 years)
Proficiency in Lean and problem‑solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5‑why)
Advanced English
IT proficiency (MS‑Office, SAP)
