Experteer Overview: As Senior Director, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and market rollout of WPP Media Solutions, shaping how our proprietary offerings solve client challenges at scale. You’ll align cross-functional teams across the WPP network to drive adoption and commercial success. Your leadership will blend media, data, and ad-tech expertise to deliver innovative, measurable outcomes for clients. This role offers impact across markets, with a focus on growth, transformation, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

- 10-15+ years in Media, Advertising Technology, or with major publishers/media owners
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel media, programmatic platforms, data usage dynamics, and measurement/attribution technologies
- Solid experience in new business development and building complex sales pipelines
- Ability to translate technology solutions into clear client value propositions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with influence at senior levels
- Fluent English for interaction with global and regional teams
