Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, installation and start-up of automated production and warehouse systems at a new manufacturing site. You work within a global quality- and safety-focused organization to ensure capital projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, apply lean methods, and uphold Nestlé Purina standards. This is a hands‐on position with a strong emphasis on safety, cost control and rapid problem solving.

Ensure integration with manufacturing and adherence to quality standards
Rectify quality issues promptly and involve the responsible manager for corrective actions
Apply Lean engineering principles to improve efficiency and material flow
Ensure compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality Management System documents
Oversee project budget and track expenditures to deliver cost-effective automation projects
Troubleshoot and elevate bottlenecks in a fast‐paced environment

Responsabilità Automation project experience (min 2 years) in engineering development, commissioning and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high‐bay storage, conveyors)
Strong knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA)
CAPEX budget administration experience and Lean methodologies
Results‐oriented with problem‐solving mindset in fast‐paced settings
Fulfillment center operations experience
Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing
Cultural leadership promoting ethics, inclusion and team synergy
