Experteer Overview In this role you support the installation, start‐up and operation of modern, highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site. You will contribute to capital investment projects within a global organization focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement. You will work to translate project briefs into actionable plans, coordinating with plant design, contractors and internal teams. You will drive sustainable solutions and ensure Nestlé standards are applied. This is a hands‐on opportunity to shape a new site's engineering execution and impact.
Responsibilities Ensure implementation and start‐up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards
Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
Fulfill engineering project concept
Organize project execution
Mobilize resources (internal & external)
Ensure coordination with plant design
Select and qualify contractors




Coordinate contractors' activities
Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
Help the Vertical Project Manager review the Vertical Project brief
Promote development of environment‐friendly and sustainable solutions
Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in the food industry
Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus
University Degree in Engineering
