Experteer Overview In this role you drive the development of integrated high‐frequency magnetics for Allegro's isolated power transfer tech, enabling safer and more efficient high‐power systems. You will own magnetics projects from concept to 3 D modeling, collaborate with silicon, packaging, and systems teams, and steer design and testing to align with product goals. This position puts you at the core of e‐mobility magnetics, influencing performance, fabrication, and manufacturing readiness. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead magnet development projects from concept to detailed 3 D modeling Perform advanced 2 D/3 D FEM simulations to optimize transformer structures and high‐frequency magnets Define and execute rigorous prototype testing and magnetic measurements; translate results into design changes Collaborate with silicon design, packaging,
and systems engineering to define interfaces and integration strategies Prepare fabrication drawings, purchase specifications, and commissioning procedures for manufacturing and quality Serve as the magnetics subject matter expert within the HVP unit to guide power conversion performance Responsabilità Ph D or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering with electromagnetics expertise Minimum 3 years of experience in analog or magnetic design for high‐frequency magnetic structures in power conversion Proficiency in ANSYS or equivalent for thermal, stress, and EM analyses Hands‐on experience with magnetic measurement systems and RCL meters Strong understanding of magnetic fabrication technologies and their impact on isolated gate drivers Global, cross‐functional collaboration capability and fluent English communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
