Job Description

Define and execute marketing strategies for AI and sensing solutions. You will position TR2 technologies across research, industrial and commercial channels.

As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up. You will create content, manage digital channels, support event presence and help shape the company's brand identity in the European deep-tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business development goals
- Create compelling content: website copy, case studies, product sheets, newsletters and social media posts
- Manage the company's digital presence: website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and relevant industry platforms
- Coordinate the company's presence at conferences, trade shows and institutional events




- Design and produce marketing materials: presentations, brochures, videos and infographics
- Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign performance
- Support PR activities and media relations
- Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex topics into accessible content

Must-have Requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or B2B environments
- Strong writing skills in English (C1+); Italian required
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing and email marketing fundamentals

Nice-to-have Requirements

- Experience marketing deep-tech, space or AI products
- Video editing and multimedia production skills
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Experience with WordPress or CMS management
- Familiarity with the European R&D; and space sector landscape
