Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen and diversify our carrier network to secure capacity for road freight while leveraging data to optimize performance. You will work within the Operations team in Milan, collaborating across cross‐functional groups to anticipate demand and manage capacity. You will engage carriers, onboard new partners, and support negotiations to help drive our digital logistics platform forward. This is a fast‐paced, growth‐focused position with meaningful impact on network coverage and efficiency.
Retribuzione / Benefits Source and develop transport capacity by actively engaging existing and potential carriers
Expand and diversify the national carrier network to ensure coverage and flexibility
Maintain relationships with carriers to secure capacity aligned with shipment volumes
Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance, reliability, and compliance criteria




Support negotiations and pricing with transport partners
Monitor carrier performance and propose improvements or replacements as needed
Collaborate with Operations to anticipate demand peaks and capacity constraints
Responsabilità 3-4 years of experience in full truckload transport by road domestically
Fluent in Italian and English
Excellent attention to detail and organized approach
Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast‐paced environment
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure
