The Role As a Software Engineer , you design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions used in complex healthcare environments, where quality, performance, and stability matter. What You'll Do Design and develop new features and modules for healthcare software solutions Maintain and improve existing applications with a strong focus on quality and performance Design, code, debug, test, and deliver clean,



maintainable software Build reusable components to improve long‐term consistency and scalability Collaborate on technical documentation and knowledge sharing Work closely with Italian customers and stakeholders Provide remote support to international projects and Ascom sites when required Develop integrations with hospital and clinical IT systems What We're Looking For Solid experience with Microsoft C# and ASP.
