We partner with business and sales leaders to uncover new market opportunities, drive innovation, and expand our reach across regions, customer segments, and product lines. As Market Development Manager, you'll lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans that strengthen product positioning and meet evolving application needs.
Support the definition and execution of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the Product Marketing team.
Manage activities for specific markets and product lines to strengthen product positioning and meet application requirements.
monitor competitor activity and customer needs.
Develop business strategies, structures, and processes to penetrate existing or emerging markets.
Evaluate opportunities for products in new markets, applications, sales channels, or customer segments.




Provide guidance on application tests and assess feedback on prototype performance from a customer perspective.
Deliver application support to customers through Regional Marketing, Sales Teams, and internal groups (R&D;, Engineering, Manufacturing), involving the Power Modules Application Team as needed.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with a global customer base to ensure long-term partnerships.
Stay current on application trends by engaging with customers, attending power electronics conferences, and collaborating with Corporate Applications/FAE teams.
Prepare technical materials such as Application Notes, Selector Guides, and documentation to support new product releases.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to propose market development programs.
Initiate product adaptations or recommend new product developments when appropriate.
