Key Account Manager – Haemophilia A full‐time, on‐site position based in Napoli, Campania, Italy. About the Role Responsible for developing the presence of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum Srl in the assigned geographic area (Puglia and Campania), building and maintaining relationships with customers, acting as the lead point of contact for all key clients, ensuring the successful launch of new products or indications, sustaining haemophilia product sales and promotion, and collaborating with other company departments (e.g., Market Access and Medical) to guarantee correct implementation of all territorial activities. Key Responsibilities Continuously monitor the assigned territory for product usage and any adverse events reported by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements. Define local activities and action plans, in collaboration with the Business Unit Director/National Sales Manager and Marketing team, to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.



Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals according to the agreed plan, ensuring alignment with company strategy, policies, and applicable regulations. Continuously enhance knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area through participation in meetings, training programs, scientific congresses, and self‐directed learning. Organize and plan daily activities, including customer visits, travel itineraries, and meetings, providing regular updates and reports to the National Sales Manager using the available CRM and reporting tools. Apply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning drug scientific information, drug safety, and ethical code. Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate manager in a timely manner. Participate in national congresses independently and alongside healthcare professionals.
