Your role:
As a Sales Manager Infrastructure Tuscany, you will be part of the Electrical Product Team, driving business growth by managing the EP portfolio within the Infrastructure market, combining sales execution, market insight, and strategic thinking to achieve ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities
Drive sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure segment, expanding low voltage portfolio penetration.
Support and enable partners to deliver best-in-class sales and service to end customers.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
Monitor performance through data, reports, and dashboards, providing insights to support forecasting and decision-making.




Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders and decision makers.
Bring the voice of the customer into innovation and continuous improvement processes.
Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
Take full ownership of the Infrastructure sales targets within Business Unit Electrical Products.
What makes you a great match
Core requirements
Proven minimum 5 years' experience in Sales of Low Voltage Components within the Infrastructure market.
Knowledge of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage panels and electrical distribution.
Other requirements
Educational background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Mechatronics, Automation, or Technical High School Diploma.
Availability to frequent national business trips and occasional international travel.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Eligibility to work in Italy.
