Experteer Overview As a Project Manager in industrial refrigeration, you will lead projects from planning through handover, aligning timelines, budgets, and resources with customer needs. You will own engineering activity—from concept and layout to system specifications—while coordinating cross‐functional teams, suppliers, and customers. You'll drive compliant, safe design and provide technical support to on‐site installation and commissioning. This international role combines hands‐on engineering with project leadership to deliver reliable refrigeration solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and control project timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to completion Serve as primary customer contact, translating requirements into project plans Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers Conduct procurement activities, including material selection, orders, and cost tracking Develop plant concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for industrial refrigeration systems Create technical calculations, schematics,
