Experteer Overview In this role, you will provide specialist employee relations support across Southern Europe within BSI's People team. You will handle case management, investigations, and policy implementation while ensuring compliant, employee‐centric outcomes. You will partner with People Operations, People Partners, and HR teams to strengthen the employee experience and reduce risk in a complex regional landscape. This position offers international collaboration, actionable ER initiatives, and opportunities to shape regional practices. You will work in a fast‐paced environment with a strong focus on regional employment law and growth‐minded improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Support and manage ER cases across Southern Europe (disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, performance matters, reorganisations, investigations) Guide managers on ER matters to achieve fair, compliant outcomes across the region Conduct or support investigations with note‐taking, documentation, and case records in HR systems Develop ER programmes, policies,



and procedures considering regional law and local practices Deliver ER training and capability‐building for managers and People teams Coordinate with People Operations/Partnering to monitor employment law developments and ER best practice in Southern Europe Develop and maintain ER documentation, templates, and agreements Monitor ER trends and data to identify improvement and risk‐reduction opportunities Support implementation of Early Resolution Frameworks and continuous improvement programmes Identify efficiency gains through AI and digitalisation in ER administration and case management Contribute to regional and global ER initiatives within the wider ER team Responsabilità Strong understanding of employment law and ER best practice across Southern Europe Experience managing ER cases in a complex environment Ability to run investigations, document cases, and communicate with stakeholders Excellent organizational and prioritisation sk
