As part of our continued commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices, we are seeking a Group ESG Manager to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Group's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of ESG regulations with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting the Group in meeting evolving sustainability reporting requirements and driving ESG initiatives across all business functions and international legal entities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, validation, and management of environmental and social data across the Group, ensuring data quality and consistency;
- Manage the preparation of sustainability reporting in line with CSRD requirements and ESRS standards;
- Coordinate the completion of ESG questionnaires, customer assessments, and investor sustainability surveys;
- Manage CBAM-related activities, including data collection, submission of declarations, and forecasting of CBAM certificate costs;
- Draft, update, and maintain Group sustainability policies, procedures, and internal guidelines;
- Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the Group ESG Working Group, ensuring alignment across business functions and international entities;
- Develop and deliver ESG training programs to increase sustainability awareness throughout the organization;
- Support customers by managing requests related to materials compliance, with particular reference to REACH, RoHS, TSCA, and California Proposition 65 regulations;
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to develop sustainability‑related editorial content for both digital and institutional communications;
- Support the Group's legal entities in defining and implementing local ESG strategies aligned with corporate objectives;
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Company's ESG Internal Control System;
- Monitor the evolution of ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and best practices, ensuring proactive compliance;
- Represent the Company at industry conferences, seminars, and sustainability‑related events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Law, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, or related functions within an international industrial environment or consulting firm;
- In-depth knowledge of CSRD, ESRS,
and the European sustainability regulatory framework;
- Experience in sustainability reporting and ESG data management;
- Familiarity with CBAM requirements and carbon‑related reporting processes;
- Basic knowledge of product and materials compliance regulations, including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, and California Proposition 65;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across cross‑functional and international teams;
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ESG reporting platforms is considered an advantage;
- Availability to travel occasionally.
Location:
Offer:
- Base salary, depending on experience, in the range of €55,000–€75,000 gross annual salary (RAL) ;
