Overview

Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize interconnected components of a manufacturing system and develop engineering standards, advising on engineering issues. You will help coordinate plant location, workflow, ergonomics, materials logistics, production sequences, and equipment layouts. You’ll support facility planning, cost/inventory/production control, and implementing modifications, while delivering training to operations staff. Responsibilities

- Support facility planning and design for manufacturing plants and facilities engineers
- Conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods




- Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex ones
- Deliver training to operational staff on manufacturing processes and standards
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Master degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- 2 years minimum relevant experience (typically 3+ years)
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
