Experteer Overview As an Associate Sales Engineer at Nozomi Networks, you will be the technical expert guiding customers and partners through the presales and sales cycle. You will translate complex OT/Io T security solutions into clear value, support channel partners, and help shape customer outcomes with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Provide technical support for customers and partners during presales and sales Serve as a technical contact for channel partners and assist with requests Draft and review RFP responses for accuracy and alignment with client requirements Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks' products to communicate solutions effectively Engage with customers to understand technical needs and recommend solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience Qualifications Fluency in English and Italian Strong technical aptitude with network technologies and information security Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused mindset with commitment to exceptional support Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
