Responsibilities Coordinate the development of the women's formal footwear line within the Product Development team.
Participate in all product development phases up to production tuning, meeting collection timing and deadlines.
Maintain constant follow‐up with external suppliers (shoe manufacturers, heel makers, sole suppliers, finishing processes, etc.) in collaboration with the Senior Manager and Technical Manager to ensure a responsive and punctual communication flow.
Define requirements for prototype and sample orders (raw materials and structures).
Compile collection progress files, structure structures, product training, technical review, look list, sample comments for showroom, in collaboration with product managers of other product categories.
Support the Senior Manager in weekly management and follow‐up of the allocated development budget and cost targets (façon, MP,



processing), ensuring adherence to mark‐ups.
Share collection progress with all involved departments, creating synergies with other categories.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an analogous role.
Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, PPT).
Basic knowledge of PLM and Stealth.
Excellent organizational skills, precision, flexibility, problem‐solving, teamwork, negotiation skills, energy, and motivation.
Good knowledge of English.
