Position Overview

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to join our marketing team in Bressanone. You'll own the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events across Europe, the US, and potentially Asia, from industry conferences and trade shows to executive engagements and ALLSIDES-owned activations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys turning complex logistics into seamless experiences, and is energized by working in an international team at the forefront of 3D technology.

This full-time role is located on-site at our office in Brixen/Bressanone, Italy.

Main Responsibilities

- Plan and execute national and international events on time and within budget
- Own the event budget end-to-end, from vendor negotiations to cost reporting
- Manage all logistics and operations: venue, registrations, catering, and suppliers
- Coordinate attendee, speaker, and VIP experiences and measure satisfaction post-event
- Serve as primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate event outcomes against business objectives and report actionable findings
- Build scalable event processes to increase efficiency as the portfolio grows




- Contribute event-driven insights to broader marketing and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in event management or event operations
- Track record of executing conferences, trade shows, or exhibitions
- Strong project management and budget ownership skills
- Excellent communicator across teams and seniority levels
- Hands‑on mindset and calm under pressure
- Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately one week per month

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with press events, executive dinners, or international trade shows
- Familiarity with event registration platforms and CRM systems
- Background in B2B tech, AI, or tech environments
- Valid driver's licence
