Experteer Overview As a System Architecture professional in Thales Alenia Space, you will define and validate architectures for propulsion-related solutions, aligning with stakeholder needs and the tech roadmap. You will influence design choices through trade-offs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers. Your work enables robust, co-engineered space propulsion concepts that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets. Responsibilities Define and recommend candidate architectures to meet stakeholder expectations and policy constraints
Establish and justify solution architectures, documenting trade-offs and artefacts
Assist in solution development and define co-engineering approaches
Manage level requirements, interfaces,
and performance evaluation across the project lifecycle
Perform technical negotiations among stakeholders and approve lower-level specifications
Document design artefacts and support integration, verification, and qualification activities
Qualifications Significant experience in architecture and engineering systems
Leadership experience and ability to develop a team
Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
Familiarity with co-engineering approaches and Lean Thinking
Understanding of MBSE and modelling tools for system engineering
Experience with Integration, Verification, Validation, and Agile methods
