This is a strategic role within the governance team, with the opportunity to grow responsibility and influence within the program.
Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects in a hybrid cloud application environment. You will manage project scope, schedules, risks,
dependencies, budgets and resources across IBM, client teams and external partners.
A solid understanding of technical and functional aspects is essential, as you will need to interpret requirements, discuss solution approaches and ensure alignment between delivery teams and business goals.
Weekly on‐site presence at the client in Milan is required.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing complex projects within the insurance domain
Leading planning, execution, monitoring and reporting activities
Owning project plans, financials and staffing coordination
Managing risks, issues and cross‐team dependencies
Supporting governance processes and ensuring contractual compliance
Interacting with technical teams and discussing topics related to cloud, applications and integration (AWS, Kubernetes, Java ecosystem)
