Shape and deliver broad IT projects for global clients from plan to execution
Manage internal and external teams across programs and apply agile methods (SAFe) for smooth transformation
Design, assess, and optimize IT architectures; coordinate teams and guide discussions with top client management




Provide strategic input aligned with market developments and trends to drive IT initiatives
Lead and motivate project teams and help build solid business cases for IT initiatives
Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with above-average grades
At least nine years of experience in IT consulting and transformation/implementation projects
Experienced project team leader including client-side leadership
Efficient resource planning and motivational leadership
Knowledge of IT organization development and IT processes
Ability to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
Strong ability to communicate complex topics in Italian and English
