Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you support the Group Chief Compliance Officer within the Group Compliance team to steer and coordinate regulatory adherence across the group. You will drive implementation of group-wide standards, identify misalignments, and define corrective actions. You will regularly interact with local senior management to advise on compliance matters. This position offers international exposure, travel, and the chance to shape compliance across LatAm and Greece within a global insurer.

Maintain regular interaction with Senior Management of local entities (CEOs and Regional CEOs) to provide advice and recommendations
Support steering and coordination responsibilities within the assigned geographical scope
Identify misalignments and propose corrective actions to ensure consistent compliance across entities
At least 6 years in insurance/financial services
Experience in international and challenging projects
Proven analytical skills including databases management
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PPT)
Strong experience in executive reporting
Proficient English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) a plus
