Bending Spoons is seeking a corporate lawyer to join our Milan team as a full-time legal counsel. You will support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing and capital matters, and draft and negotiate confidential, consulting and SaaS agreements while ensuring risk is managed effectively.
You will build scalable legal tools and stay ahead of evolving regulations, with a role that blends hands-on drafting, strategic risk assessment, and collaboration with internal teams.
