Tender & Contract Specialist
Location: Milano Malipiero (Renovit).
We are looking for a dedicated Tender & Contract Specialist to manage procurement processes, draft documentation, and coordinate contracts within the energy efficiency sector.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze tender calls.
Draft and prepare documentation for tender participation and project financing proposals.
Maintain administrative documents and required declarations, ensuring timely compliance with corporate deadlines.
Prepare commercial agreements, A.T.I. regulations, and supply contracts.
Handle contract finalization and post‐award procedures.
Support the manager in reviewing subcontracting requests and subcontractor communications.
Negotiate and draft subcontract agreements.
Provide technical‐legal opinions on subcontract matters.
Verify administrative documentation accuracy of subcontractors.
Maintain relationships with contracting authorities.
Qualifications
Degree in Law or equivalent.




Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering and contracting, including Project Financing and Public‐Private Partnership.
In‐depth knowledge of the Public Procurement Code and regulations for services and works tenders.
