About the role
Regional Sales Manager for the Truck Business is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across Western European markets. This individual, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.




Your Tasks:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Western European region, aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed. and guidance to enhance the team's sales skills and effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Western Europe. Evaluate potential partners
