Our role is to act as a reliable local partner, helping clients navigate the Italian employment market in a compliant, practical and efficient way.
We are currently looking for an International HR Solutions Consultant to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our international client base.
As an International HR Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing qualified leads and converting them into business opportunities for PEOITALY's Staffing, Recruitment and HR services. These leads will come from different external channels, including our website, partners, referrals and other business development activities.



Most of these opportunities involve international companies looking to hire employees in Italy, manage their local workforce or enter the Italian market. Your role will be to understand each client's needs, identify the most suitable PEOITALY solution and guide the client through the commercial process, from initial qualification to proposal follow‐up and deal closing.
This is not a cold‐calling‐only role. The focus is on lead qualification, consultative sales, solution design, relationship building and converting qualified opportunities into long‐term business relationships. This is a commercial and consultative role, ideal for a professional with experience in account management, sales or business development within Employer Of Record (EOR), HR services, payroll, recruitment, staffing, business services or B2B consulting.
