About the Role
As Brand Manager, you will drive the implementation of the marketing strategy for the brand, ensuring successful market launches of new lines and the achievement of market share targets through effective execution and alignment with central guidelines.
What You Will Do
Brand Strategy & Business Ownership: Own the brand strategy, targeting market share development and new market entries
Planning & Budget Management: Lead annual brand planning and manage A&P; budget allocation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with global strategy
Campaign Activation & Innovation: Execute brand campaigns and product innovations, ensuring proper activation, tracking performance,
and managing the full lifecycle including phase‐in/phase‐out
Media & Digital Strategy: Own and execute the social media strategy and media plans, with a focus on digital
Product Portfolio: Communication deep dives at SKU level, managing also external stakeholders
Consumer & Market Insights: Capture and translate consumer and customer insights into actionable initiatives, providing feedback to global teams
Who You Are
University degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management or similar marketing roles within an FMCG environment, preferably pet‐related
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
Experience in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, combined with a solid understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and key brand performance drivers
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market dat
