Confidential Executive Opportunity – C-Suite / Managing Director / Vice President | Italy

We're exclusively working to appoint a Executive Leader for a landmark super-prime residential development in Italy. This executive leadership role will track and implement the strategic direction of the project, manage key stakeholders / investors, and drive the commercial performance of the development. A key priority will be establishing and leading a best-in-class luxury sales organisation. We are seeking C-suite or executive-level professionals with a proven track record in working with ultra-luxury residential development, ideally projects with individual unit sales values exceeding €4 million. Candidates should be open to relocating tempo pieno to Italy and must have experience working with Tier 1 businesses.

- Executive leadership within a luxury real estate developer.
