Technical Leader

Responsibilities

- Define the technical architecture of the product in collaboration with Project Managers to meet time, cost and quality targets.
- Resolve complex technical problems and ensure high quality deliverables.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product technical architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of English for an international team.

Technical Skills

- Proven experience in product development and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent knowledge of product development processes and technical project management.
- Experience in validation, testing and DFMEA.

Desired Skills

- Team-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills.
- High problem‑solving ability.
- Knowledge of Secure Coding practices, vulnerability management and security frameworks,



implementing security measures throughout the software life cycle.

Forlì, Italy
