Overview Responsible for the day‐to‐day execution of inbound and outbound logistics at the Termoli production facility and for coordinating logistics activities with an external third‐party warehouse. Ensure efficient material flow, support uninterrupted production, optimise processes and maintain collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners.
Responsibilities Daily load planning of packed road transports.
Ocean export planning of ISO and box containers.
Facilitate shipping of sample deliveries.
Coordinate import transport of inbound STPOS and raw materials.
Manage supplier payment process, create purchase requisitions, audit invoices and handle goods receipt for inbound and outbound STPOS and external freight.
Collect and submit alcohol consumption data to Italian authorities.
Promote safety culture and EHS measures.
Identify projects for cost and service optimisation.
Maintain logistics master‐data accuracy.
Create, change and issue all documents required for daily inbound/outbound operations.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal standards.
Maintain communication flows with internal stakeholders and monitor KPI such as OTIF, claim rate, etc.
Achieve yearly logistics goals and monthly KPI targets.
Provide operational backup to the logistics coordinator when needed.
Qualifications High‐school diploma (technical/commercial) and minimum 5 years of hands‐on logistics experience, focusing on inbound, outbound and cargo management.
Proven experience in daily logistics execution, shipping, receiving, cargo handling and inventory movements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cargo‐management software.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
Customer‐focused, detail‐oriented with strong problem‐solving skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Bachelor's degree in logistics, business engineering or supply‐chain management.
