The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Role‐Specific Responsibilities Collaborate in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction. Design and development of F1 Car components. Seek continuous improvement in the design of components with prime focus on car performance. Contribute to composite design group workload plans in consultation with business partners. Contribute to concept development in relation to composite design. Liaise with Race Team concerning reliability and relevant composite design revisions. Perform necessary research and development functions. Operational Delivery Carry out day‐to‐day tasks efficiently and within agreed timescales.
