Experteer Overview In this role you help lead engineering tasks for medium‐complex projects within Hitachi Energy's grid and power quality portfolio. You will act as a design authority, coordinate installation and commissioning, and support proposals and risk analysis to win and deliver projects. You'll oversee subcontracting and ensure safety and contractual compliance while guiding small, multi‐discipline teams. This position sits in Europe's HBUEU cluster and supports energy‐transition initiatives such as hydrogen, data centers and e‐mobility.

Ensure engineering activities comply with safety regulations and contractual requirements
Lead and coordinate engineering teams in low‐complexity projects (single or multi‐discipline, Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across projects and functions
Responsabilità Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar
5/7 years of relevant experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants
Proven coordination of projects and people with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent teamwork and problem‐solving abilities
Proficiency in English and Italian
