Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end architecture analysis, design and delivery for banking transformation programmes, combining deep domain expertise with modern technologies to drive digital core modernization. You will define target-state architectures across core banking, channels, payments and CRM, and steer migrations to modular, API-first, cloud-native solutions. You will produce high-level designs and roadmaps, evaluate core banking packages, support pre-sales, and mentor junior architects. This is a client-facing, technology-led role that shapes large-scale banking transformations. flow diagrams and other design artefacts Define and lead technology and solution roadmaps in collaboration with client stakeholders Evaluate and recommend core banking packages and ecosystem solutions (Temenos, Mambu, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, n Cino, Salesforce FSC, etc.) Support pre-sales activities: proposals, RFP responses, solutioning and effort estimations Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of technical excellence Responsabilità Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Banking consulting and/or implementation projects Proven track record as a technical or solution architect in banking transformation programmes Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking institutions Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PSD2, Open Banking, DORA, Basel III, AML/KYC) Nice to have: Platform knowledge on Temenos, Oracle Banking, TM, Mambu, Intellect Design, SAP Banking Strong communication skills; able to present complex topics to executive
