Experteer Overview In this role you support the delivery of fintech and banking‐related custom software, acting as the bridge between customers and development teams. You will translate requirements into functional specs, help plan and monitor projects, and ensure smooth releases that align business needs with technical implementation. You work closely with banking operations and data management teams to coordinate delivery and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role with a meaningful impact on project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Support project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects
Coordinate activities between customers, developers and operations teams
Collect and analyze customer requirements and translate into functional specifications
Support prioritization of development activities and project timelines
Coordinate daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams
Manage and track customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues
Backlog organization and follow‐up with development teams
Act as operational point of contact for customers on ongoing projects
Prepare project documentation; support testing and validation phases
Coordinate releases and maintenance activities; ensure compliance with internal quality standards
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with IT focus
At least one year of experience in software project coordination, software delivery or functional analysis
Experience with requirements gathering and functional analysis; familiarity with SDLC
Hands‐on exposure to software development projects
Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Jira
Fundamental Requirements Permanent full‐time employment
Gross annual salary 30,000–40,000
