Experteer Overview In this role you help strengthen risk governance and compliance for insurance groups, shaping risk management and ESG integration. You work within Governance and Controls to translate frameworks into practical solutions, collaborating with cross‐functional teams to support reporting and regulatory communication. You will analyze risk exposures, contribute to ORSA and risk reporting, and drive innovative approaches to emerging risks. Retribuzione / Benefits Contribute to the development and updating of tools and methodologies for risk identification, focusing on emerging and sustainability risks
Develop specialized capabilities in ESG analysis of investment and underwriting counterparties
Prepare internal and external reporting documentation (e.g., ORSA) and support regulatory and market communications




Conduct portfolio analyses of investment and underwriting to identify sustainability‐related risk exposures (e.g., biodiversity, human rights)
