Job Title: Lead Development Representative
Location: Madrid, Spain / Gallarate, Italy / Paris, France (Hybrid - 50% working time at the office)

Responsibilities
Develop and qualify new Opportunities for AVEVA Sales, working on Inbound leads from Marketing campaigns and on your own research and Outbound prospecting.
Collaborate with local Marketing, Sales, Technical Sales, and other key stakeholders to generate and progress Opportunities in alignment with defined Market priorities.
Utilize outbound strategies, prospecting, cold calls, discovery meetings, and industry‐specific value propositions to support the go‐to‐market strategy.
Prepare and deliver simple business presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Leverage prospecting tools, CRM, Social selling, and automation tools to engage and convert Leads into Opportunities for Sales and Account Managers.
Meet and strive to exceed personal KPI's, including business development activities, booked meetings, and Opportunities transferred.




Develop leads using the AVEVA Lead Management process while updating and maintaining CRM records accordingly.
Support Marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and webinars where appropriate.
Occasional travel to engage with Sales and Marketing in the field may be required.
Qualifications
Discovery meeting and cold call experience.
Bachelor's Degree or professional experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or SDR roles.
Initiative‐taking, natural hunter mindset, results‐oriented with a positive and outgoing personality.
Enthusiastic collaborator and self‐starter with energy and commitment.
Quick to adopt new skills, motivated for career development, and willing to continuously improve understanding of the value proposition for AVEVA's solutions.
Ability to identify market trends and opportunities for the nominated territory, refining Lead Development plans to take advantage of such opportunities.
