In this role you will design and verify sub‐micron ASIC/SoC blocks for coherent optical transmission systems, helping extend reach and bandwidth while reducing power and size. You'll work within the Optics Subsystems SoC team to architect and implement DSP‐driven ASICs for optical modules and collaborate across international teams. You'll tackle challenging problems in high‐performance signal processing, verification, and hardware‐software integration in a fast‐evolving field. This position offers autonomy, cross‐functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape next‐generation transmission technology. Retribuzione / Benefits Architect, specify, and test ASICs for optical modules in coherent transmission systems Implement RTL to gate‐level netlist synthesis and collaborate with design/verification teams Apply DSP techniques for modulation, equalization,
