Experteer Overview In this field‐based role, you support joint replacement procedures in Southern Italy, including manual and Mako robotic‐assisted surgeries. You train surgeons and staff, drive adoption of advanced technologies, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure procedural excellence. You work closely with sales to execute local strategy, manage theatre stock, and lead product evaluations and training events. This role offers hands‐on clinical impact, with opportunities to become a certified Mako specialist and grow within a global MedTech leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide on‐site clinical support in the OR during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako)
Deliver product training to surgeons, theatre staff, and healthcare professionals

Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field
At least 4+ years of experience in healthcare
Experience in orthopaedics
Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)
Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights
