Key Responsibilities
Value Creation Plans: Develop and execute structured value creation plans to ensure the timely realization of planned group-wide potential.
End-to-End Workstreams: Lead complex workstreams within value creation projects—from commercial diagnosis, growth strategy, and performance analysis through to final implementation.
Transformation Office: Set up and run the Project/Transformation Management Office (PMO) for complex strategic programs, including business case tracking, integrated planning, governance cadence, risk tracking, and decision preparation.
Board-Level Reporting: Support the group strategy development and annual review process. This includes preparing decision-oriented, executive-level materials for Senior Management, the Executive Board, and the Advisory Board.
Requirements
Education & Background: Successfully completed university degree (Master's or equivalent preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, combined with 4–6 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting (Top-tier firm preferred), corporate development, an in-house transformation office,
or private-equity-style portfolio management.
Financial Acumen: Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of business cases, financial impact tracking, value creation levers, and corporate performance management/controlling.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to structure complex business problems, derive clear strategic implications, and translate them into actionable, milestone-driven implementation plans.
Project Management: Demonstrated track record in managing international, multi-site, or cross-country projects, including milestone tracking, governance structure, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Industry Exposure: Experience within the Fashion/Textile Industry or manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
Soft Skills & Mindset: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, hierarchy levels, and cultures; comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous, and high-intensity environments.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory to support our cross-country initiatives. German language skills are a valuable asset.
