Responsibilities Analyze existing customer journeys and define desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and process optimization opportunities;
Design UX and create wireframes;
Ensure accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
Manage the company design system;
Collaborate with development teams;
Perform design quality control (QA);
Work inter‑functionally with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications Required technical competencies:
Excellent mastery of Figma, including structured management of component libraries, variants, and complex design systems;




Proven experience designing information architectures and complex user flows within large‑scale digital ecosystems;
Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi‑autonomously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical competencies:
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or fintech;
Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG;
Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front‑end teams.
Education and soft skills:
High school diploma;
Strong active listening skills and understanding of various user groups’ needs;
Excellent communication skills, able to present and justify design decisions to technical and business stakeholders;
Team spirit and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in structured, inter‑functional environments.
